Every letter needs to make words, it is what they do. But on the island of Alphabeterra the consonants and the vowels are separated by the Forest of Empty Pages. It's a scary place and the letters are afraid to explore it.
One day a consonant named Stella and a vowel named Upton decide, for the good of the alphabet, to enter the forest and see what might be on the other side.
